Ingredients
1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix or homemade brownies
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) container frozen cool whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 ounce) container frozen cool whip topping, thawed
1 (1.5 ounce) bar Skor or other similar chocolate bar broken into pieces
Directions
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares OR make homemade recipe of brownies, cool and cut.
In a large bowl, mix the pudding and milk add sweetened condensed milk. In a separate bowl whip heavy cream (1/2 pint) and 3 tbsp sugar, then fold the heavy cream with the pudding mixture. Add cool whip (8 oz.). Mix until smooth.
In a trifle bowl or glass serving dish, place half of the brownies, sprinkle with Skor bar pieces, half of the chocolate pudding mixture and half of the 12 ounce container of whipped topping. Repeat layers. Shave chocolate onto top layer for garnish. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
